Returns and Exchanges Policy

At HE IS GOD CO, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary, so we strive to make the process as convenient as possible.

 

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase.

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
• All original tags and labels must be intact and undamaged.
• The item must not be altered, washed, or modified in any way.
• We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet the above conditions.

 

Returns Process:

To initiate a return:

• Provide your order details, including the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and any relevant information.

Exchange Process:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same steps as mentioned in the Returns Process section. 

 

Refunds:

Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase or in the form of store credit.

Non-Returnable Items:

Sale or clearance items (unless stated otherwise)

 

Shipping and Handling Fees:

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.
